Order Processing

Each Ayelet® order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packed to ensure your products arrive safely. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on destination and delivery logistics.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Military Addresses

Orders shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses are delivered via USPS, as required by the postal service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ayelet® cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier. While we are always happy to assist in locating a shipment or initiating a claim, Ayelet® cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit.
