Returns & Exchanges:
We cannot except returns on items that have been shipped correctly. All sales on Ayelet® products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, for the general reason of dissatisfaction or any other reason. All ingredients are disclosed on each product page. Please check the listing to make sure no allergy could exist before purchasing any of our products as we cannot allow returns or refunds after they have been opened. We encourage you to contact us for product recommendations based on your individual needs.
If you received a different item than what is listed on your order confirmation by error please email ayelet@ayeletnaturals.com immediately, In this case, we will replace or refund the original purchase, and the cost of shipping. We will send you a return shipping label, we will review the issue with you after we receive the return and if we agree that the product is not right then we will issue you a full refund.
No returns or exchanges will be excepted within 14 days after delivery.
