Orders will be shipped once payment has cleared.

Most orders ship within a couple of days if paid with Paypal, Payment via credit cards may take a little longer. Your account will be updated when your order ships and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking info.

If you purchase multiple items, we will combine shipping charges and will refund any excess charges to your payment account, There is no need to overpay.

We usually ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the item’s weight, Upgrades to priority mail shipping or any other Upgrades are available on the site.

PLEASE understand that once we deliver your package to the Post office, the postal service has control over the package, in case of damage or loss, insurance is available.

If any items are refused after shipped there will be a 25 % restocking fee, and shipping cost will not be refunded.

Return policy: Because of the nature of the products they cannot be returned!

Samples are available for purchase of some products to try before committing to a full size.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If there is a mistake with your order please let us know immediately so we may correct it.

If your products arrive damaged, broken, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us and we will happily send a replacement. If you have a concern about your order or dissatisfied in any way, please contact us to resolve the issue asap. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
