Q. When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within a couple of days if paid with Paypal, Payment via credit cards may take a little longer. Your account will be updated when your order ships and you will receive an email with the tracking info.

Q. Are your products Certified Organic?

Ayelet® uses mostly Certified Organic ingredients in our product formulations. If an ingredient is listed as organic, rest assured it is certified as such by our suppliers. These ingredients are grown without chemicals, pesticides, or artificial fertilizers.

But bear in mind, we are a small company. Our many products by hand in limited quantities. Certifications are expensive and must be obtained separately for each product. We choose to concentrate on finding the best organic ingredients rather than on paying for dozens of certificates.

Q. Where are Ayelet®️ products made?

All products are made in North Bergen, NJ.

Q How do I know if your products are going to work on my skin?

We understand that everyones skin is different and unique. We recommend trying the products for at least 21-28 days, this will allow your skin to fully adjust to your new products for one cell turnover. If you need an assistance choosing the right products please contact use at ayelet@ayeletnaturals.com   we would be happy to help you choose the perfect products for your skin.

Q. Do you offer samples?

We are not selling sample size products at this time. We try our best to include free samples with every online order when we have them available and in stock, but we cannot guarantee that they will be included. For sample requests, kindly leave us your requests in the notes section at checkout.

 Q. Why is there a slight color change in my product?

Our natural, organic ingredients may have slight variations from harvest to harvest, therefor the final products may have a slight color difference which does not reduce or change the efficacy of the products.

Q. Why do you always innovate existing products?

We are continually innovating our product formulations to deliver the best results by using the latest skin care science.

 Q. What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies from product to product. The water-based products have an average shelf life of  12 -18 months. Oil-based products retain their effect for up to two years if  stored correctly. We make our Ayelet® products fresh from pure, mostly organic ingredients. They are meant to be enjoyed now rather than stored in the closet for later use. To get the most benefit from the vital nutrients in these products, use them at their freshest!

Q. Is Ayelet®️ packaging recyclable?

Our packaging is recyclable. The bottles and jars are made from recyclable glass. Our boxes are made from recycled cardboard. We also use biodegradable packing peanuts in our packaging. We encourage others to reduce, reuse and recycle all packaging materials they receive of purchased items.

Q. What products are safe for pregnant women?

Ayelet recommends that pregnant customers check each product with their doctor for any possible contraindications unique to their own bodies.

 Q. Customer Rewards Program! How Does It Work?

We value our loyal Ayelet® customers so much, we wanted to give back to you for your patronage. Click on the  Rewards Tab of any page and follow the prompts. You will receive points upon signing up for an account to get you started. After that we'll keep track of your purchases and award points: You will earn points by purchasing products that you will be able to redeem them.

At Ayelet® Skin Care, we are proud to partner with One Tree Planted, an organization dedicated to global reforestation. For every order placed, we contribute $1 to plant trees, promoting environmental sustainability

Because of the nature of the products they cannot be returned! All sales are final! If you are unhappy with a product please contact us


Shipping

We Ship World Wide!
All orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. 

If any items are refused after shipped there will be a 25 % restocking fee and shipping cost will not be refunded.

We usually ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the item’s weight, Upgrades to priority mail shipping or any other Upgrades are available.

PLEASE understand that when I deliver your package to the Post Office, The postal service has control over the package, in case of damage or loss, insurance is available!
